$"/>With the first half winding down, Michael Tasso applied some hustle and keen judgment to give the Cobras with the game winning goal. $"/> $"/>Tasso broke towards the MRO net going shoulder to shoulder with a Gryphons defender. Medina hesitated before charging towards Tasso, leaving and created a window of opportunity. $"/> $"/>“I knew he (Medina) had made his move too late,” says Tasso. “I saw the net behind him, and knew I could chip the ball over and in — and that’s exactly what I did.” $"/> $"/>Medina could only watch helplessly as the shot arced over him and into the back of the net. $"/> $"/>The momentum shifted in the second half with Pierrefonds beating MRO to the ball regularly. Jean-Daniel Seck pressed for the Gryphons with through balls, well-placed passes, and accurate corner kicks, looking to make something happen, but Regimbal stopped everything. $"/> $"/>“Steve (Regimbal) was the key to us winning,” says Tasso. “His confidence in nets allowed us to do what we had to up front.”
